I hope you are having a wonderful Sunday. I am home after church and going to go back shortly for a concert. We will be hearing a wonderful pianist who plays six keyboards at once! It sounds impossible!
Yesterday I was wondering what to do with some of the many sea shells I have picked up here and there and a few I have purchased, too. Each and every sea shell is a thing of beauty and
individuality. I decided to make a frame covered with shells for a small mirror.
Here is the result of my endeavors. I purchased a small flat frame and painted it white first. They I glued shells quite randomly, working out the design as I glued. I put bigger shells on first and filled in gaps with smaller shells.
The finished product is somewhere between the colors of these two photos. But you do get the ideal, I hope. Photography depends on the light and I took these inside as it was cloudy yesterday. This was a really fun project. I plan to help my grandchildren cover treasure boxes when they next visit.

Later....Egretta
I love sea shells, and the frame is beautiful. I can imagine a picture of your grandchildren at the beach inside it.
